Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to these terms and  conditions you certify that you are the rightful owner of the laptop MacBook iPad or iMac. If you have any questions about our terms and conditions please call send  an email to sales@cashinyourlaptop.co.uk.

Payment for the laptop will be paid via cheque or PayPal. Payments are sent out within days of laptop arrival at our facility.

You agree to ship your laptop within 7 days of the quote offering. We cannot be  held responsible for shipping issues. We also recommend insurance and  tracking when shipping your laptop. We are not held accountable for lost or stolen laptops while in transit.

All laptops are  thoroughly checked in our processing centre upon arrival. If the Apple MacBook, iPad or iMac  was accurately described in our "request a quote" process the exact  amount will be paid to the customer. If information was falsified or  left out we reserve the right to make a secondary quote offering if a new quote has been sent you will have 7 days to accept or reject the new quote, if an answer hasn't been received within 7 days payment will be issued at the new price.  Customer can request the laptop to be sent back at anytime during this  process you are only required to cover the return postage of £20. If secondary offering is unarguable, customer is liable for all shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject any laptop upon arrival. Laptops rejected will be promptly shipped back to the customer.

 

The legal ownership of the item will be passed to us when received and agreed that the condition is as described or when the new quote is accepted. Payment will then be issued.
